Online Store Policies
Currently we only ship to the continental US. Orders from Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders will be canceled, and possibly charged a fee to cover the cost of the cancelled transaction.
No Limitz Paintball will accept returns on most items that are unopened, and unused. All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no exceptions to this rule. Buyer will also be responsible for the return shipping price to send the returned item back to No Limitz.
If there are signs of use the item cannot be returned. If the original packaging is damaged it cannot be returned. Most markers include manufacturers warranties and therefore you should contact the manufacturer if you receive faulty products or have other problems. We will not accept a return on a new marker that has been used.
There are NO RETURNS for any reason on paintballs, custom jerseys, custom labor of any sort, videogames, batteries, and any washed or worn apparel items.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in new and resalable condition.
